Laure DYKSTRA (the founder)

Laure created EastWest Conseil, a consulting firm in intercultural management and intercultural coaching after working 22 years in investment banking in key management positions both in France and abroad.
Her expertise in strategic international issues, international team management and international development make her a talented professional to advise on these issues. She is today an active consultant with top executives and senior managers on a broad range of issues.

Laure holds a Master from ISG, a French Business School and also has a degree in Chinese from the School of Oriental Languages in Paris and a BA in History. She speaks 5 languages fluently and has a keen interest in foreign cultures.
She has been trained as a coach at International Mozaïk, in systemic management Coaching by J.A Malarewicz  and also attended Ph. Rosinski’s cross cultural coaching seminars.

Yun  LOU

As a Chinese specialized in International Law and Financial Management, Yun is very familiar with the legal and economic environment in China. With a 12 years experience in international project management and with support of a large professional network she developed significant expertise in multicultural cooperation particularly between France and China in industrial fields as well as in finance andwith government agencies. She speaks French, English and Chinese.

Yun holds an International Economic Law degree from Shanghai University. She also has a Master in Financial Management, from OCOGES and is IMF certified.

Chantal LEBRAT

Trilingue français-anglais-russe, Chantal Lebrat gère depuis de nombreuses années des situations de crises à l’International (Comité international de la Croix-Rouge, Organisation pour la Sécurité et la Coopération en Europe, Ministère de la Défense, ONU…). Expert en analyse géopolitique, elle a initié de très nombreux partenariats avec des Etats  issus de l'ancien bloc soviétique et du Moyen-Orient dans les domaines du risque et de la sécurité. Installée depuis octobre 2011 en région PACA, elle participe activement aux projets de développement pédagogique de l’Institut euro-méditerranéen des sciences du risque (IEMSR), basé sur la technopole de Sophia-Antipolis.

Diplômée en relations internationales, criminologie et lettres, elle est l’auteur de plusieurs ouvrages.

Deepa Natarajan

Deepa Natarajan is a Global Strategic Consultant and Coach focused on facilitating interpersonal relationships, work dynamics & international relationships. She works with executives and managers in multinational organizations through different stages to defining strategies and building teams with high operational efficiency in their projects with India.
She has had a significant experience in managing international teams, projects and budgets in the IT industry in India with various countries. She went through her co-active coach training at CTI, Paris (ICF Accredited).

Deepa is Indian, and is now settled in France after having lived and worked in India for several years.


Sébastien has held key management positions in international business, managing international teams and global transformation projects for NTT, IBM and AT&T across many countries. Sébastien brings his expertise in International Culture Change Management & Skills Training, Leadership Development, and Global Selling/Sourcing to various clients.

Sébastien, graduated from ICAM Nantes, ESCP Europe Paris and Indian Institute of Management of Ahmedabad has over 15 years of intercultural and intra-cultural experience both living and working in France, Japan, the UK, the US and Germany.


Salwa is an executive coach and change management consultant. She has been advising executives to help them identify their career aspirations and boost performance for the past 13 years.
She run Air Liquide’s executive recruitment in France and Europe. She then moved to LVMH, leading executive recruitment and development at the corporate level.

Salwa graduated from the Ecole Centrale in Paris. She started her career with Air Liquide, where she spent 15 years in plants project management, sales and marketing development, mainly in Europe.

Laurence THOMAS

Senior partner at EastWest Conseil, Laurence has a large experience in operational change management, team effectiveness, career management and high potential assessments. She has worked for a number of consulting firms. She brings her expertise to boosting human assets both in corporate organizations and local government agencies. Additionally she holds a position as a University Teacher at IAE Poitiers in Human Resources.

Laurence graduated as an engineer from INSA Lyon and holds a Masters both in Business Management and in Human Resources from IAE Poitiers University.
